卢・里德（英语：Lou Reed，1942年3月2日－2013年10月27日）是一位美国摇滚乐歌手与吉他手。是地下丝绒乐团（The Velvet Underground）于1965到1973年间的成员之一。于1971年起离开乐团。著名歌曲包括“Walk on the Wild Side”等。
1965年与键盘手John Cale合组地下丝绒乐队(Velvet Underground)，主唱兼吉他手的Reed便一直是各方焦点，这个被波普艺术大师安迪．沃荷(Andy Warhol)发掘且担任经纪人的团体不仅是纽约摇滚乐发展上的重要乐团，其粗糙、反商业体制呈现摇滚原始精神的理念也使得他们被推崇为地下音乐或非主流音乐的始祖，身为团长加上作曲主力的Lou Reed更被后人尊为庞克教父。
1970年Reed离团前往英国思考未来音乐方向，两年之后才发表首张同名个人专辑；首张现场专辑“Rock & Roll Animal”于1974年3月推出。Lou Reed最新的现场专辑“Animal Serenade”距上述受到各方好评、收音于纽约音乐学院的“Rock & Roll Animal”正好30周年。　　
Lou Reed的歌有许多都是叙事体，内容对听者而言十分重要，既有内心反省、社会叙事的作品，也有以性爱、药物为内容的歌曲。
Lou Reed作为当今摇滚界首屈一指的元老级人物之一，其音乐历程从六十年代至今横跨接近半个世纪，见证了当代音乐文化的万千气象。在离开地下丝绒乐队后，Lou Reed的单飞生涯在三十多年内几起几落，最终修成正果，成为全球亿万乐迷顶礼膜拜的教父式人物。
据Rolling Stone报道，美国著名音乐人地下丝绒乐队(VelvetUnderground)的主唱兼吉他手Lou Reed于美国时间2013年10月27日去世，享年71岁。目前他的死因并未公布，但在今年5月他曾接受了肝脏移植手术。

许多人是通过影片《猜火车》Trainspottin中空灵清新的插曲Perfect Day认识Lou Reed的，但这显然不是他最想向人传达的Lou印象。只需要再深入Lou的内心一寸，你便会发现他本质上其实是个阴郁的魔鬼，在他那叙事式的呢喃歌声中，蕴含着生命无限的叩问和对灵魂的审判。
今年9月21日，Lou Reed留下了生前最后的影像，他在镜头前紧握拳头，仍然是那种不屈服的表情和眼神，却更添几分宁静。
Lou Reed有一首歌叫Goodnight Ladies，在歌里他反复轻声唱道“Goodnight ladies，ladies goodbye”，这次轮到我们和你讲再见了，老李。
