略历

1974年，他加入民间乐队Craft，担任贝斯手、歌手和作曲家。在 Craft 乐队解散后，他开始认真地从事独奏作曲家的工作。
有一次，当他的同姓儿子滨田翔吾 (Shogo Hamada ) 刚刚开始走红时，他的经纪公司和唱片公司决定在他身上使用“当你想到滨田时，你就会想到金吾”的标语。
2022年，《Machi no Dolphin》等歌曲不断受到关注，尤其是在TikTok等社交媒体上。

影响

2017 年，Engelwood 的“Crystal Dolphin”采样了 Hamada 1982 年的午夜巡游专辑中的“Machi no Dorufin”。后来，“Crystal Dolphin”成为了流行的网络迷因。原曲《Machi No Dorufin》因 Engelwood 的采样而广为人知。
