Cowboy Junkies烟枪牛仔是来自加拿大的老牌另类摇滚乐队，他们的音乐融合摇滚、乡村、蓝调和民谣的元素，这支乐队在北美地区乃至世界范围内都可以说是大名鼎鼎，横跨上个世纪80-90年代，是80年代最受乐评和乐迷一致热烈推崇的民谣团体之一，二十多张经典唱片也成就了另类民谣摇滚的一段辉煌历史。
乐队成员包括吉他手兼主要创作人Michael Timmins (迈克尔·蒂明斯)、Bass手Alan Anton、鼓手Peter Timmins和主唱 Margo Timmins。
烟枪牛仔乐队的第二张录音室唱片The Trinity Session是烟枪牛仔最著名的一张唱片，这张发行于1988年的录音室唱片，也是他们的突破唱片，入选洛杉矶时报（Los Angeles Times)等多个北美媒体的年度十大唱片。当年销量即突破150万张。2007年出版的综合加拿大600名乐评人、音乐人、DJ意见的《史上最伟大百大加拿大唱片》（The Top 100 Canadian Albums），The Trinity Session列第62位。
2002年上海声像出版社曾引进出版过烟枪牛仔的第十一张录音室唱片《OPEN》,上海声像把乐队译为牛仔琼凯斯。台湾福茂唱片曾引进发行多张台版烟枪牛仔乐队录音室唱片。
烟枪牛仔乐队的歌曲一直很受电影音乐制作人的钟爱。乐队多首歌曲收录于奥利弗斯通《天生杀人狂》等多部电影原声中。
